Our instructor course lets you acquire perfection in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow and make you Yoga Alliance Certified. The training covers a daily schedule wherein students will follow hourly sessions of different practices of yoga. Throughout the practice of yoga, they will be guided on how to make backbends and inversions, how to do perfect pranayama, and even how to make others do basic and fundamental yoga postures.
